I love how this app aggregates all of my data across different health providers and wearables in one place, and the built in AI tool helps me access and understand all of it when I need it. The note taking feature is great. I can record conversations with my doctor, and the app saves it with a short summary and a transcript for later reference. Also, preparing for doctor visits is a breeze now! I see other reviewers are complaining about technical issues, but the app is being constantly updated and gets only better over time. I am happy with it.

I was genuinely alarmed after reading this app’s Terms of Use. It claims to be a personal health record tool, but the disclaimers and liability limits suggest it does not truly stand behind its service. They collect a ton of sensitive data—everything from medical history to insurance details—and even give themselves the right to use it for their own AI “improvements.” Yet, if anything goes wrong, they cap their liability at a laughable $100. Worse, they force you into private arbitration and bar class actions, making it nearly impossible to hold them accountable in court. Considering how critical privacy and security are for health records, these terms are deeply concerning. I do not trust an app that gathers intimate health information while sidestepping any real responsibility if the data gets exposed or misused. There are plenty of better options out there. My advice? Steer clear of “olivia.”

It can take your whole health record ( easy, quick syncing) and your day to day health ( either you can log or import it from your phones health monitoring app) and it can analyze alllll that soIf you suffer from very general issues (inflammation) this helps you figure out what got you there. It doesn’t diagnose so much as observes ur current issues and your past medical historyBc it is AI , you do need to spend time adding your daily health specs but thats very easy
