Olympic Athletic Club 4+

After first loading the app onto my phone, multiple pages were blank, so key "buttons" were totally missing, making any kind of troubleshooting impossible.
I use tons of apps and this is the worst I've seen in years. Not a smart investment considering the customer experience in the Mind Body app was far, far superior. Booking a lap swim is a total nightmare. Front desk staff is getting hammered but frustrated members like me bc they understandably aren't meant to have to deal with this kind of mess.
Seriously Olympic Club leaders- please fix this nightmare & get your members input before you jump into something like this. People want a fast, easy & intuitive experience-- this is NOT that.

This app does not work and errors out the moment you try to do anything. Seems like leadership forgot the old saying, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. mindbody worked seamlessly and I can only see this move alienating members away from the club. Having to download another app for every single thing is a frustration many have in this day and age and this is the classic example of yet another unnecessary app that does not need to be on my phone. Especially not if it doesn’t even properly function for its purpose.

I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I like the idea of the gym having its own app but it’s been a month now and this app still doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to book classes, read the descriptions of classes, or even see what swim times are available. I thought by now they would’ve at least made a few improvements to the app but it’s the exact same as day 1.
