Olympus.io 4+

I have an issue trying to use this app on my MacBook Pro. I tried contact support through the link supplied. The contact form has a “fail” message when trying to send within the support site. This is only place i can try to get someone to help. My issue: Once the app is launched, a sign-in is necessary. I don’t have a profile. There is no way to get past sign-in and there is also no link to sign up for a new profile. The only other link is a password reset. Because i don’t have a profile, the "email address is not on file".

I agree with the other reviewers, You cant create a profile because you cant log in. It launches on my Macbook pro but I cant do anything with it because I CANT LOG IN. Worthless App with no customer service. I will be deleting this ASAP. These complaints have been going on for 2-3 years now without the company doing anything to make it better.

I agree with the other 2 reviewers. I couldn’t even get to a user password for olympus. I even tried on-line to register my camera and it was no better. This is a terrible app as well as the on-line register, therefore should be discontinued or actually fixed.
