Extremely slow
Slow and crashes, several times can’t check in online, now we have to pay for our bags it used to be advantage to fly Oman air for the direct flights and baggage allowance. I have to pay for my seat even in sitting at the back? Omanair should rebrand itself as a cheap airlines. Also I have to type in all my details to book a flight although I’m using my sindbad card. What’s the point if I have to type on allll my details? Oh yes and the food is not for human consumption if anyone else is wondering.
Booking system error
I just tried using the app thinking it’s been recently updated. Got through payment page then got an error message. Unfortunately the charge on my card went through but no booking confirmation or email 😖 now I have to deal with customer support. Painful
