Become more fluent in your humanity; shape the quality of your presence in the world.

Wisdom Practice is the heart of this app experience. It’s designed for both ease and depth, in 10-15 minute course sessions. Courses to come soon on pandemic self-care, solitude and contemplation, and meeting grief and loss. Right now, embark on the foundational course, "Hope Is a Muscle", taught by Krista Tippett alongside spiritual teachers, social creatives, and scientists, including Bryan Stevenson, Jane Goodall, Joy Harjo, Br. David Steindl-Rast, Ocean Vuong, Rebecca Solnit, and Rev. angel Kyodo williams.

Complete a Wisdom Practice once a week, or a few times a week on particular days.

Listen to the shorter second module — the 2-4 minute guided Pause — as a ritual for the days between Wisdom Practices. This is designed to help create a contemplative space in your life or to fold into a daily routine you already have — such as silence, meditation, prayer, walking, or journaling.

A third Conversation module in each session is an optional broader delve for any time.

Unlock questions to live and integration steps that you can set as reminder notifications on a schedule of your choosing.

And you can take in the weekly On Being podcast as well in this calm, dedicated space for deep thinking and reflection.

Members receive invitations to monthly Practice Spaces and other opportunities to go deeper and to come together in a community of accompaniment. This is an adventure of The On Being Project, a media and social healing organization. We make a public radio show, podcasts, and tools for the art of living. We pursue deep thinking, moral imagination, social courage and joy, towards the renewal of inner life, outer life, and life together. Learn more about our work and read about our story at onbeing.org. Krista Tippett is our founder and host and a Peabody and Webby award-winning broadcaster, New York Times bestselling author of "Becoming Wise," and National Humanities Medalist.

“Across all of our differences and divides, enough of us see that we have a world to remake. We want to meet what is hard and hurting, and rise to what is beautiful and life-giving. We want to do that where we live, and we want to do it walking alongside others. We’re asking, where to begin?” - Krista Tippett

Rich and rewarding experience

On Being Wisdom isn’t just an app. In the short time I’ve been using it, it’s been a rich and rewarding experience. I’ve gained enough already in wisdom, insight and encouragement to make it well worth the investment. I intend to make it a regular part of my self and spiritual development.
