OnCallPeople (OCP) is all about improving the quality of care for the patients by improving the quality of life for providers. We do this through our Smart Scheduler that creates balanced and equitable shifts for the team, but then (just as importantly) allows for adjustments through configurable workflows making it easy for them and controllable for the management team.
Our patented Direct Connect feature ensures, in real-time, that all calls go to the correct on shift provider without error. If a provider has changed shift, OCP dynamically identifies that and re-routes the call as needed, eliminating lost calls.
Health care professionals at the end of their shift, can seamlessly construct sign-out notes and hand-over them to the incoming provider in a HIPAA compliant environment and avoid any possibility of being out of compliance. With a unified system handling scheduling, and communication live operators have a single source of the truth as does the wider care team.
