Code generation does not work
I can confirm code generator does not work as of 10Aug2018...
Completion code didn't show
After completing the game. The completion code at the end of the game didn't show. I tried playing the last part of the game 3 times to see if the code showed, but never did.
Code generation doesn't work, use browser instead
If you're taking this course because it is mandatory, don't use the app! On both my iPad Pro and iPhone 6, the app failed to generate the completion code at the end. Without the code, you can't get credit for completing the training module.
For a safety app, this game/animated story is better than most. It covers some common safety problems that might pop up around campus, and the story is engaging enough for a 45-minute scenario. The art is cute and the 3D campus is close enough to the real thing that it can help you navigate. Hopefully an update or server-side fix will fix the code generation error.
I am now having to play this game for the third time in my web browser. The game is cute, but not cute enough that I want to play it three times.
