Not In It For The Money

Although winning one of the grand prizes would be an awesome blessing for me and my family, that’s not why we give to 1C! We love their heart, passion, and dedication to giving back to others in so many different ways. We love our country. We are TRUE CHRISTIAN PATRIOTS! We love their dedication to the military veterans! I would LOVE to work for this organization and be a part in personally helping others. Joy comes from being a servant to others! Other than Jesus, selflessness is the best gift you can give anyone. Thank you 1C for letting me help this way until you hire me😁 God Bless You All, and your organization! Prayers for all of you and your families!

A giveaway app… but something more?

There are a ton of giveaways out there but this app seems like it’s trying to be more about encouragement and daily good deeds. You can feel the community behind it and it’s been uplifting for me to see others doing something positive in the world, for neighbors and friends, etc. It’s a nice touch. Its the world I wanna live in. Not the steady stream of bad news I get from every other app like Insta and Facebook.

Problem after problem

There have been many issues with the app in the 13 months I’ve been a paying member. Out of that time there was at least 3-4 months where there was no access to the app while they had “technical issues” they were working on. Now the latest is they can’t find my account even though I was just charged the monthly fee and they can’t seem to fix the issue. But they have no problem still charging me. Hmmm not very organized, the support people are not helpful, and overall it’s been a hassle. It’s cool to be able to adjust your entries and send them all to one giveaway you want, but then again, they will charge me but then not be able to locate my entries anywhere. Not cool at all.

I think One Country is great. There’s only one problem that I have. I wish you had a phone number instead of email because I’m not very good with the computer and I have some problems understanding and it’s good if I could talk to someone, but other than that, I’m glad you give to the same places that I do ST. JUDES is my number one place and I’m glad that you give money to them and God bless you all

Radio won't play when i close the app

The radio won't play when they close the app like regular music apps I have to keep my screen on in order for the music to play

update: My app has been working as it should, and i can now listen to the radio with my screen closed or locked. app is great. Thank you!

Support is a joke!

When you try to chat with someone in support it’s like they answer but then put you on hold in the chat screen I waited 15 minutes for someone to even say hello!

Second I’ve been emailing support for the past 2 days about canceling my membership and deleting my account (because that has to be done by them there is no option to do so in account settings…red flag #1) but have yet to get a response in 2 days in the age of instant and Now! Why is that? Seems fishy to me!

I’m probably gonna have to get my bank involved and reverse charges and make a big stink about it because they aren’t in any hurry to answer support issues!!

Steer clear, they will take your money.

You won’t win, and good luck cancelling!! They bury how you have to cancel your service so people give up and the auto renewal keeps giving them money. Email and call to cancel and they take forever, assuming they get back to you at all. They are using loopholes to stay out of trouble. I would look out for a class action lawsuit in the forseeable future and add your name to the list.

Update: Membership still has not been cancelled as requested. Phone message was left as requested, and no response. Emails were sent and no response has been received.

Great opportunity

Since I accepted the offer to get the 30 chances in each giveaway each month, I’m just excited for the opportunity to have a shot and winning some great giveaways. Looking forward to more and more from One Country. It’s been wonderful.

What took me so long?

One Country radio is by far the best station to listen to. I keep it on all the time. Can’t beat the contests too. I’m not sure what took me so long to become a One Country fan but there’s no turning back now.

I don’t know how feel about this app

I thought I wanted to become member but after reading some of the reviews. My question is does this company not give a chance to cancel at any time? Does it really just keep taking your money each month? Without any kind of warning or option to cancel at anytime?? Isn’t that illegal?
