This app worked well for a long time. You could sign in using the fingerprint option, and do most things quickly. Now it closes down, and locks you out. Not a very good feature. Can it be fixed?

Downloading this app locked me out of accessing my account via mobile through the app itself as well as through Safari. After four attempts to with bank staff I'm still locked out. Don't download!!!

I don’t know what they did but I can’t log in anymore and it won’t let me enroll. Useless app til they fix it.

This app is trash. It worked for the longest time so perfectly! Never had an issue. All of a sudden I get locked out of online banking completely. One credit tells me they’re working on it and up until the update it hasn’t been fixed and I had to use a web browser to get into my account. Now that the entire program has been updated it doesn’t connect with the web browser whatsoever. My password is completely correct as well as my new username. I was able to sign into the app ONCE today after the update and now it’s tellin me I have to enroll (again) or make sure my password is correct.. I’m over it. I don’t want to call because 9/10 times I get someone who doesn’t have good customer service skills. Makes me sound like an idiot and doesn’t sound willing to help whatsoever, like I’ve annoyed them. Bout to use a new bank altogether.
