One Markdown is a simple and fast editor that supports plain text, Markdown and Textbundle. It has the following features:

* Base on CommonMark syntax and GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM) extended syntax, supporting TOC, tables, code blocks, math formulas, task lists, footnotes, etc.
* Display the text of the Markdown document completely without any deletion.
* Images can be displayed directly in the Editor, supporting jpg, png, gif, webP, HEIC and etc.
* Math formulas, mermaid and Echarts drawings can be previewed in the editor.
* You can set your favorite font or multiple fonts for writing.
* You can choose from 11 light themes and 21 dark themes, and also support custom themes.
* There is a menu to facilitate the input of Markdown syntax, and a special Markdown syntax keyboard is also provided in iOS.
* Convenient tools for generating and formatting Markdown table syntax.
* You can view the outline and word count of Markdown documents.
* Markdown documents can be previewed and support Editor & Preview mode.

* New feature: Added a "Always on Top" button in the toolbar. Use the menu: "View - Customize toolbar" to see it.
* Improvement: Export images now have options of "Solid border, no gradient" and "No border, no gradient".
* Improvement: The "Undo and Redo" in the editor changes from recording each typed character to the system default way. If you like the original way, you can check it in "Settings - General Settings".
* Bug fixes and improvements.

Awesome app AND NOT Rent-Ware

First, to the developer, thank you for for the option for a lifetime option. I’m so sick of rent-ware. I use TextMate on my Mac Desktop that I love. Was looking for something similar. This is fantastic markdown editor. Includes features for Table of Contents and Word Count. Now, I can write my articles and easily move them into Adobe InCopy. I was using Ulysses app. This is so much better. If anyone reading this, if you write books etc, check out MWeb app from the same developer. Easily bundle your books like you do with Ulysses. I prefer this app as we have our own NextCloud server and don’t is iCloud.

What I've Been Hunting For

Use Case: Accessing desktop markdown notes in cloud storage that I manage (AWS S3). This app is perfect for me and it's the winner after the last week of hunting. I need a standards complaint (GFM) editor that presents the markdown symbols and relies on iOS Files for storage. One Markdown met my requirements and its presentation of the markdown symbols is much better than I was hoping for. PS - I use FileBrowser Pro separately for S3 access via iOS Files.

Awesome first impression!

I’m so impressed with this right off the bat! The only thing I haven’t seen that I’d like is the ability to edit while in the preview mode where I still type markdown but it renders immediately. This is very beginner friendly too, which I like.
