This App is TRASH
Come on Cherokee Nation, I know you guys make billions of dollars, you could definitely invest a little more into this app so it doesn’t crash all the time. I barely can get logged in and then it logs me out automatically instead of leaving me logged in. Won’t let you reset the password. When it send the link to your email and you try to reset it, it gives an error message or sometimes the link to reset the email won’t open. It is ridiculous and frustrating!!!!!
No way to set up account
When I go to the Gold Strike property on line, there is no where to access my account for room rates. It used to be so easy with MGM, but this is a mess. I tried to register and the site gave me a new vinyl card with a number and I already have a Platinum card with a number that I have used in that casino already. It’s like the right hand does NOT know what the left hand is doing. Doesn’t really make you have confidence in them or even want to visit there.
Horrible app and doesn’t work
If you’re gonna push us to use an app to access our info then at least have the app working. Previously on the MGM website you were able to access your account and see your points, tier credits, room rates etc. Now you can’t see anything. It’s horrible and pointless
