One tap away from hand washing all my clothes.
They made using this app mandatory to do laundry in my building. It’s added a lot of wasted time and needless frustration to an otherwise mundane and uneventful chore. The app crashes like crazy and says machines are unavailable when I can see with my eyeballs that isn’t true. Doing laundry shouldn’t require a smart phone!!!!!!
I wish the Biltmore would go back to coin fed laundry machines, it would honestly be less of a hassle to start collecting quarters again. I would settle for reliable debit card payment.

Absolute garage app

My apartment complex just switched to this app and it's absolutely infuriating. It randomly makes up the time that it wants to give you per load. I just paid $2.25 for a 2 min load. I can't get a refund on the app because the app all the sudden doesn't recognize the dryer. I tried to call the number on the dryer but since it's the weekend there is no one to talk to. After I burn through the money on this app, I'm going back to using the main laundry mat, even with how inconvenient it is. Stay away from this garbage app!!

ONE BILLION TAPS AWAY

This is literally one of the worst apps I have had the absolute displeasure of being forced to use. Extremely glitchy. Their offers to new users aren’t really offers because the glitches will process a request that didn’t actually go through. I have already had to put in several maintainence requests for the dumbest reasons like a machine that said I couldn’t use it because it was “in use” when it clearly was NOT. Avoid this if you can it’s an absolute scam.
