Easy to setup and better experience for pet owners
We transitioned to the newer Oneisall app when we added our second pet feeder. It’s a much nicer experience than the Smartlife app if you only have the pet feeders as it focuses on those specifically and leaves out the other stuff that’s not needed. So much more easier to manage and less confusing. It was super easy and quick to add our feeders to the app, setup the feeding schedule and share access with my wife so we both have visibility of what’s going on. Would highly recommend the Oneisall cat feeders and this app.
Love it!
I purchased a oneisall 3.5L Wi-Fi feeder. Initially, the Wi-Fi failed to connect. After troubleshooting by consulting the manual, I discovered that I was using a non-original adapter. Therefore, when I switched to the original adapter provided in the packaging, the Wi-Fi connected successfully and the feeder has been working perfectly. My cat will never go hungry again! As a tip for other users, this 3.5L Wi-Fi feeder does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi connections. Remember to switch your Wi-Fi to 2.4GHz!
Update your habits when you're done
I had a small issue with logging in at first, but the reset password process was a breeze. The developers really thought about making things user-friendly. I'm happy I stuck with it.
