1. Register now: Download app or use the website to create your account. You can add any dependents 17 and under for treatment. You may also add your or their personal history for a more detailed examination.
2. Request a visit: Securely submit your payment then create your visit request for an immediate video chat or phone call with our friendly, caring and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physicians, who are experts in their field.

Our OnERcall Emergency Physicians can help diagnose symptoms and offer treatment and follow up strategies as needed. We are able to prescribe some medications, when necessary. Prescriptions will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. Examples of what we treat include, but are not limited to, allergies, bruises, cuts, minor burns, fevers, coughs, colds, flu, mild Covid-19 symptoms, headaches, rashes, hives, sprains, joint pain, diarrhea, urinary tract infections and more.

We treat everyone for one flat fee of $50 for each visit. Avoid insurance premiums and the unknown costs of walk-in clinics, urgent cares, and Emergency Rooms. Follow-up calls for specific cases may be scheduled for $25.
Through patient accounts, patients have access to their past call history and can add or edit their past medical history, add or edit dependents, set up their preferred pharmacy and edit payment methods.

I signed up with onERcall to get a doctor. The fee and virtual service was appealing since going out is a bit hard now. The sign-in process was very easy and swift and does not require you to be savvy with the e-jungle. I called for a video conference, and I got more than what I expected. The doctor (Dr. Kohilas) was affable and caring and spent the right amount of time with me. He made all pertinent questions, diagnosed me appropriately, and placed a call to my pharmacy for my medications. The price for this service is indeed a bargain for the professionalism and attention you get, needless to mention the savings on time and aggravation of making appointments and drive long distances. A very helpful application.

My entire family uses this app when we are not feeling good. I mean who really wants to go to a doctor or urgent care when you are sick and feeling awful. Super easy to sign up on this app and speak to a licensed local physician immediately. No wait time and within an hour of speaking with a physician I was driving to the pharmacy drive thru and had my medicine in hand. Our days of visiting a doctors office or urgent care for the flu, sinus infection and so forth are over!

The process of downloading the App, registering, requesting a call and getting the answers I need was only about 10 minutes. The efficiency is unheard of. I felt comfortable talking to the doctor and felt heard. I was instructed to get an ultrasound and felt better instantly just by the kindness and assurance. I could not recommend this APP enough!
