OneTRS is an ADA calling application specifically designed for the high security requirements of jails and prisons. OneTRS allows inmates to apply for and make calls to FCC certified relay service providers. OneTRS offers support for caption calls (IP CTS), Video Relay Calls (VRS), and Text Relay Calls (IP Relay). The OneTRS software suite is free and is supported on all major device brands and operating systems. OneTRS offers a call management web platform for everything from records, reporting, and user management. OneTRS is designed to meet the FCC's order that all Jails and Prisons with an average daily population (ADP) of 50 or more, to have these call accessibility services by January 1st, 2024.
