When creating an activity in a customer's profile, you'll now see the "Tag Sales Consultant" switch. Checking this box will automatically send an email notification to the assigned sales consultant, keeping them in the loop.

As part of our ongoing enhancements to the mobile app, we have made updates to the navigation and overall user experience. The menu bar has been redesigned with a new hamburger icon located in the top-left corner. Upon clicking the icon, you can easily select the tool you wish to access, providing a more streamlined and intuitive navigation experience.

The app now allows you to add activity to the customer record! Allows for on-the-go access to log activity in ProRevver for your customers, faster tracking, and provides the ability to schedule a follow-up after logging an activity.

We're excited to introduce a new feature: you can now edit customer contact details directly from the app! This update makes managing your customer information easier than ever. Update now and streamline your workflow!

Push Notifications on the Mobile App for in-app texting are now available! Allowing Push Notifications for in-app texting on ProRevver will increase your efficiency, improve your workflow, and provide a more seamless in-app texting experience.

Added more fields to the “Customer Has/Wants” section inside of the app when adding a new customer. Customer Has: Boat Type, Length, Year. Customer Wants: Boat Type, Min Length, Max Length, Min Price, Max Price, Start Year, End Year.

ProRevver now has IN APP texting! When sending text messages all communications will be logged and recorded on the customer record! Choose if you would like to schedule a follow-up using the toggle before sending the text. You will receive the same notifications that you currently do when using TextCRM on the web-based version.
