Dude! I was desperate because me and my wife’s lights was about to get cut off and we needed to pay that bill ASAP. I forgot I signed up to work on this app a month ago
Then I logged in and boom. A job that netted me $150. Just enough to cover the bill. I’m staying logged in now to see what other job requests I get....life saver!!!

This startup company does not have customers and its profile shows 3 employees only! This explains the rude and unprofessional interaction they have with potential customers. After I uploaded most of the required info, I was surprised they also wanted a credit card to process a background check! What? That’s the CODB and if you pass that to your potential customers, you’re still in your infancy mode.

The problem was their response when I advised I wouldn’t pay for this processing fee! To use their exact words:

it's not processing fee it's background check to make sure your not a criminal on our platform

Is this how customers are treated? Either this person is one of the 3 people who started this company and has no communication skills or a child hired as a Customer service person because they want to save money!
No thanks! I don’t need to “partner” with companies who possess no skills in customers relations and no long-term goal of serving their customers!
Let’s see if these people will be in business in 6 months! My bet is they won’t be around!

Don’t bother with this stupid app.

After you register & pay for $35 the background check. The app always says theres a network connection error and to try again later!

Thanks for taking my money, not notifying me of whether i passed my Background check (I did pass because I passed all my background checks for over 20 Years of doing them.

I just passed another one for a job I recently applied for after I signed up with OnQall!

Thanks for making your app not available for me to login, thanks for not making a webpage that I can login to when your app isn't working!

Thanks for locking me out because after taking my money I dont hear from you ever again!

This app scams you for the $35 for a background check & then doesn’t let you login or change your password. Thanks alot for being jerks!
