Description
ONR let’s you stay on top of your property’s important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association’s documents (i.e yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (i.e. board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management.

Community Feed:
Enhanced Visualization: We've made some minor UI/UX updates to the Community Feed. Enjoy a cleaner, more organized layout that makes browsing posts even more pleasant.
Calendar:
Visualization and Sharing: Our calendar has received a significant upgrade. You can now view detailed event descriptions and share events directly from the calendar.
Sync with Personal Calendar: Stay organized by adding community events directly to your personal calendar. Never miss an important date again!
Chat:
Message Editing and Deletion: Made a typo? No worries! You can now edit or delete any sent message within a 15-minute window, giving you greater control over your chat interactions.

App doesn’t let us instant message one another for some reason. So if you don’t want to share your personal contact details with the entire thread….
Also, today the conversations all disappeared and the screen is grey. Was in the midst of two conversations and now the page is blank.
App seems a tad Mickey Mouse.
Wow! What a great Community App!
Never thought I’d be so excited to use an App in my community that’s better than NextDoor and makes my life easier to do anything from Amenity Reservations to Paying for our tennis lessons
Lifesaver for condo living!
A little bit of trouble setting up my account at first but the overall functionality of this app is fantastic, especially the amenity reservations.
