This app is a hoax

I absolutely hate that my job switched to this app from daily pay. They were way better in every aspect. The first red flag I noticed with this app was the sign up process. I had to go through customer service just to get it to work. It was not a smooth easy process. My major issue that I’m currently having is the balance update. The last four shifts that I’ve worked haven’t even been updated on the app. Therefore you can’t withdraw anything. And the same page that just keeps saying they will resolve the issue with in 1-2 business days is also a lie because it’s been longer than that. I’ve called customer service just to get the same answer as what the app showed me. The customer service rep was so rude he didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence before cutting me off. They really need to fix this situation because all people want is to have their balance available and their time accesible and they can’t even get that right.

One star is generous- trust me

This place is a joke. It states it “updates daily”. It doesn’t. It updates 3 days AFTER your paycheck pays them back. Which pretty much means you get a balance when you get paid. Unsure why that’s help?! Most people, myself included, need help BEFORE the pay check hits. This is if your lucky. It may not update at all. It tends to have a lot of “technical issues” but not too many updates to the app to back it up. Let’s don’t even get started on the customer service. Good luck with that- ESPECIALLY if your a woman. I don’t think they can help us bc they don’t know what they are talking about either. None of the procedures/policies make any sense. Definitely not something dependable for a time in a crunch! I don’t know what Daily Pay is- but I’m on my way to find out and push for it.

Horrible app and worse customer service

I spoke with Grant this morning on chat and let’s just say he needs more training and to learn some customer service skills. I have OnShift for a year now and have my wallet on the same app. When my wallet stopped working I reached out to him to help me fix it. He swears I have to have to two separate apps to work my schedule and my wallet. Funny how for a year it was all one and now it changes. He was super rude and told he was teaching me how the system works. And that I have always used to apps. This isn’t true and I would recommend this app or company ever.
