Works well

My main issue with OnSip is the inability to set a schedule of when I'm available and leave it. I have to manually set 'Away' any time I am not available. I should be able to set Mon - Fri 9-5 as available, etc. I have heard calls coming in after I'm off, and even on the weekends. It would also be nice to be able to change the ring tone to something less annoying.

Our company opted to use OnSIP for business continuity...

Our company, American Translation Partners, opted to use OnSIP (aka Junction Networks) due to their abilities to maintain point to point encryption privacy compliance and their dedicated support team. We also found their BAA sufficient for HIPAA compliance and our client's expectations. ATP, with the support of OnSIP's ability to leverage collaborative technologies allowed us to create [CLARA] > COMMUNICATION OF LANGUAGES ASSISTED BY REMOTE ACCESS
[CLARA] provides two alternatives to in-person interpretation: (1) Over-The-Phone Interpretation (OPI) / 100kb – 1.2mb per call.
(2) Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) / 3-20x more than audio alone.
We are confident this partnership will prove our commitment to be the most Responsive, Reliable & Responsible Language Service Provider.
