OnTrak is an easy-to-use employee scheduling and time tracking app. If your employees are on the go or in the office, OnTrak has the perfect solution for you. The mobile app allows users the freedom to precisely track their hours, monitor their PTO, make vacation requests, and much more from any internet-enabled device or tablet.
NOTE
• This application is only available for employees’ of companies that utilize Insperity TimeStar, have enabled mobile access, and are not utilizing our Workforce Optimization solution.
• All features listed below may not be available. You will only have access to features that are allowed by your employer for mobile access.
• If you have any issues utilizing the mobile app please contact your time and attendance administrator.

Double punching
This app has a habit of punching my coworkers and I out the moment we punch in for the day. Often we are only alerted when we try to punch out for the day which results, instead, in us punching in for the day and a frenzy of complications for our HR department to update manually. Please, PLEASE fix this bug with the system!!!
Updated app is a downgrade
The older version worked much better. Since updating the app, our PTO balance is no longer displayed on the dashboard.
Also, we have had several occasions when nobody could punch in or out due to technical issues with the app.
Broken
I can’t even get it to open anymore. What happened to this update?
