App

Possibly the worst app ever. When it works it is ok. However I went months not able to upload documents to my accountant because I would get errors telling me I was using unacceptable characters which I was not. Prior to that I would be able to load a few things and then it wouldn’t work. I would have to delete the app and then reload the app. Right now nothing will upload as it just spins and spins. Customer service is non-existent. They are of no help whatsoever. They don’t even want to try to help. The “customer service” staff should be let go to save the company money so they can put it back into the app and improve it so it continually works. Putting paper documents on a box and delivering
Them to my accountant is more efficient and time saving for me than trying to deal with this app.

Terrible app

I can’t easily upload documents so had to email them to accountant. I could take picture of single page documents and upload those but had forms that were 2-14 pages. None of those show up in app even after submission. The name is unrepresentative of service it provides so I need to remember or look up password. What does the name even signify? Then, shouldn’t app have message section I can use to contact accountant while I’m in program. Hate this and prefer they dump it.

Documents won't upload

I'm getting an error message that I'm using invalid characters in the file name, except that I'm not. When I change the file name to a single number, it says the original file I'm uploading doesn't exist. App is useless.
