Altijd veilig met het Onweeralarm van Weerplaza. U weet dan of er onweer in de buurt zit of aankomt. Op een paar honderd meter nauwkeurig wordt de bliksem gedetecteerd. Een onmisbare app voor veilige buitenactiviteiten! De gratis app is bovendien niet alleen in Nederland en België te gebruiken, maar werkt wereldwijd!

In één oogopslag ziet u de dichtstbijzijnde bliksem. Weergegeven op kaart en in tekst ziet u hoeveel km het onweer is verwijderd van uw locatie. U kunt zelfs een pushbericht instellen, zodat u een alarm ontvangt bij naderend onweer.

Deze app is uniek en een must voor uw veiligheid bij buitenactiviteiten. De informatie is gebaseerd op het eigen meetnetwerk van Weerplaza.nl. Met dit netwerk wordt 98% van alle bliksem ontladingen waargenomen, met een nauwkeurigheid van vaak minder dan 500 meter!

Onweeralarm Plus kan worden gekocht via iTunes voor € 3,49 per jaar. Binnen de 24 uur voorafgaand aan het einde van de huidige periode wordt € 3,49 in rekening gebracht. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij automatisch vernieuwen is uitgeschakeld ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode. Abonnementen kunnen door de gebruiker worden beheerd en de automatische verlenging kan worden uitgeschakeld door naar de Apple ID instellingen te gaan. Good for golf courses.

As golf coach for a local high school, I use it all the time when my players on on the course. Being in Florida, one never knows when a thunderstorm will pop up on the coast. Print on the screen is too small. However, Km cannot be changed into miles, which MOST every one used in the US. Also it is so difficult to pick your location, as it does not let you pick your exact location. Great , though for the golf course.

Unique Design 5 Star app!

I would like to take some time and sit a moment to thank the Developer for such a great Lighting app that is so unique it makes you go WOW! For myself it works great in my area and protects my family and myself every minute of the Day. The Developer has put a great deal of time hard work in the Design of His software for you myself and our family. Coding the software I sure you will agree shows a great experience the Developer has on making us safe and I truly appreciate the many updates The Developer has done for us. I hope if you read this you will download the app and give it a try! Will you be sorry? I don’t think so I think you will also like me and go WOW ! Technology is changing every day and every second of that day. So it’s time for me to move on as they say , and with that I want to Thank the Developer one more time for putting out such a great unique 5 Star Design app for you myself and our family to use. I truly truly Tip my Hat to the Developer and say Thank You!!

My Go To storm App

When I first discovered Lightning Alarm I was pleased with being able to track electrical storms as they moved into my location. We are boaters on the Great Lakes and are always mindful of local weather conditions. The app allows users to estimate the movement and intensity of storms and determine how close lightning strikes to their location. A small reticle
centered on the users location shows the proximity of strikes from 10-20 miles of that location. As you become more familiar with the app you realize you can monitor storms internationally! It’s fascinating to discover how many storms occur around the globe.

With relatives and friends living or traveling around the world, you can narrow in on their geographic areas to track storms. You can even store those locations for easy access to electrical activity in their vicinity. Truly a must have app for Weather Enthusiasts (nerds).
