Our ScanTo3D App, together with cloud-based analysis, quickly generates an accurately measured and labeled 3D CAD and floorplan of a property. This app allows you to create 2D Floorplan and Gross Living Areas (GLA).

No tape measure, no notepads, and no moving of any furniture. This AI-enabled app declutters a furnished house and provides a complete floorplan, with an accuracy of one inch in 20 feet. No special hardware other than your LiDAR-enabled iPhone Pro or iPad Pro (+2020) is needed. Just move around, gather data, and let ScanTo3D do the rest.

- Upload the model to Cloud and then our proprietary AI algorithm will generate a detailed floorplan in different formats including (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, FBX, DFX)

- Quickly and automatically create appraisal quality floor plans that are ANSI compliant and include GLA (gross living area) from your LiDAR-enabled iPad/iPhone.

- Architects can access the accurate CAD or Floorplan by downloading the file from the cloud
