Es una Estafa / Scam
Llame a cancelar mi suscripción y les expliqué el por qué pero solo se pusieron mas intensos a ofrecer más “ofertas” y no pueden aceptar un “no” como respuesta porque siguen presionando al cliente para aceptarlo. Me dijeron que me devolverían una cantidad de dinero, pero me devolvieron una más baja y al contactarme de nuevo con ellos, me dijeron que me lo habían dicho mal. Cambié de tarjeta en cuanto me llegó el reembolso (una cantidad menor a la que me dijeron por llamada, y una cantidad menor a la del recibo que me habían mandando). Honestamente no recomiendo para nada open English. Me hubiera gustado leer las malas reseñas antes de haber aceptado su “oferta”.
I called to cancel my subscription and explained why but they only got more intense to offer more "offers" and they can't take a "no" as an answer because they keep pressuring the customer to accept it. They said they would refund me a certain amount of money, but they refunded me a lower one and when I contacted them again, they told me they told me wrong in the call. I changed my card as soon as I got a lower amount than they told me, and a lower amount than the receipt they had sent me. I honestly do not recommend open English at all. I wish I had read the bad reviews before I accepted their "offer".

Unfortunately I feel cheated by this company, at the time of purchasing the course, they very conveniently omitted information that I consider very important, about monthly charges or the option of not making a payment by giving them a monthly notification, which is indeed in the contract, but that I did not read because I trusted the person who assisted me at the time of selling me the course; When I realized that my card had been charged, I called them and asked to cancel the subscription, but they still charged my card again, and I'm not talking about a small amount. I consider that if they did this to me, they can do it to other people, I am writing this review so that other people do not incautiously fall for it, please always read the contract, including the fine print
