Configure your Mac to open email (mailto:) links in your webmail service of choice — works with Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Office365, Fastmail, Zoho, AOL, and Yandex.

If you're annoyed that Apple Mail opens every time you click an email address in your web browser, this is the solution! It's the missing settings panel that every Mac webmail user needs.

Works system-wide across all browsers and apps — no need to setup browser plugins.

Does just what it says

It's too bad that apple doesn't support web mail better out of the box.

I got this to make Safari more useful, and was happy to find it also supports mailto: links in any app (notes, contacts, etc).

I do wish it could reuse an open gmail window, but that's icing on the cake.

Great developer support

The app wasn't working on either of my Mac's when I downloaded it, so I contacted Fred, the developer of the app. He almost immediately replied to me and fix the bug by the end of the same day. The app works perfectly and is going to make my life easier now. Thanks Fred!

So glad to find this

Perfect replacement for the venerable mailto extension that's not compatible with Safari 12

Simple and does what it says. Works with custom domain in gmail.

Right now it opens new message in a separate tab, which is fine, but not how I normally like to open new messages.

I wrote to the developer and asked for a feature request to open new messages in the original webmail tab instead of a new tab.

He responded within a few minutes and is looking into it.

Thank you Fred
