It works but with drawbacks

Works out ok for me. A bit expensive for the person receiving money. Wish you could have settlements go to different accounts on the same settle note day. Example: 60% of the settlement, to my checking account and 40% of the settlement to a savings or checking at a different bank. Most other platforms similar to open force have these capabilities but customer service tells me that you do not. Kind of weird considering it’s 2025!

Online CROOKS AND SCAMMERS

First I’ll say the app system is actually good for IC work however these are some real crooks if you are an independent small business you need to RUN FROM ANY ORGANIZATION WHO USE OPENFORCE. So I done my work on 6/9 my contractor paid out on the 6/18 where OPENFORCE got their fee. Why on earth would I have to wait until 6/25 to get paid. Dealing with places like this will put me out of business. I will be seeking arbitration or formally suing as this is so freakin stressful. How do you get your fee and then my bank info mysteriously disappear but you are able to deduct your fee?? I’ve never heard of any financial institution who takes their fee and still holds cleared money. If it wasn’t cleared how have you deducted your fee?? I will be seeking legal help as well as making a complaint with the BBB on OPENFORCE . I’d like my cleared settlement so I may delete this app like yesterday. PAY ME MY MONEY

In further response: That is 100% understandable however it shouldn’t take a month to figure that out with incompetent phone reps giving conflicting reasons and never actively listening. That’s the core issue oh and rep playing dumb when I’m requesting Arbitration information.

Invoices

It’s cool you can view your payment history but why can’t you submit your invoices? Kinda weird and it should be an option.
