  • Amazingly simple

    Just an awesome app. 100% free with no ads. Has an extremely simple, intuitive interface, with no confusing options.It also supports OpenStreetMap, a mapping database similar to Wikipedia, making it highly accurate.The only thing I wish this had were a way to manage your map downloads, and to select an area and download all map tiles in that area.

    Thanks for your great feedback!Just to explain why you can’t download a whole area: Bulk downloads put a huge strain on map servers, which is why OpenStreetMap and many other services won’t allow it. We try to be good citizens in this ecosystem and only download maps that you currently want to look at.However, once a map area has been downloaded, it stays on your device for offline use.

    Good and simple interface, you can use (for whatever reason) Google or Apple Maps for directions, but also has the option to use OsmAnd.

  • Good start, limited use

    Slow. Unclear with feedback during use. No "Settings", which could be good for simple usage but functionality isn't there.

The app is designed for simplicity — all options are available directly on the map rather than in a traditional “Settings” screen.If something felt slow, that’s not how it should be — map data normally loads instantly.
