We're back with another focused hotfix release to keep your teams running without interruption. Here's what's been resolved in this update:
Jobs
• Departure to Stayover Job Conversion – Fixed an issue where changing a departure job to a stayover and reassigning it to a new team member would silently fail on save.
• Notes Displaying as 'Invalid Date' – Resolved a bug where job notes were showing "Invalid Date" instead of their actual content when editing a job.
• Departure Jobs Incorrectly Cancelled – Fixed an issue where departure jobs were being automatically cancelled and recreated when a reservation update event was received, even when no relevant changes had occurred.
Housekeeping List
• Reservation Status Indicators Missing – Resolved an issue where arrival, departure, and stayover icons were not appearing in the Housekeeping List view.
• Sorting Not Stable – Fixed a bug where column sorting in the Housekeeping List would stop working after sorting by Status.
• Role Filter Indicator Not Showing – Resolved an issue where applying a Role filter worked correctly but the active filter indicator was not displayed.
Checklists

The Optii team is back with a focused set of fixes to keep your operations running smoothly. This release addresses key issues across Jobs, Checklists, and Settings reported by our customers:
Jobs – Reliability Improvements We've resolved several issues impacting job management accuracy and usability:
• Role & Department Display – Fixed an issue where role and department fields were showing as "undefined" or displaying as numeric IDs instead of their actual names when adding or viewing a job.
• Room Drawer Job Status – Resolved a bug where job statuses appeared as "undefined" in the rooms drawer, even though the correct status was visible inside the job detail view.
• Above Property – Update Button – Fixed the Update button being unresponsive when editing jobs in Above Property, which was preventing changes from being saved.
• Above Property – Field Clearing – Resolved an issue where editing a job in Above Property automatically cleared the Location, Department, and Team Member fields.
• In-Progress Job Reassignment – Fixed a bug where reassigning an in-progress job to a team member who already had an active job would silently fail instead of displaying the expected conflict prompt.
Checklists
• Convert Task to Job – Fixed an error that prevented checklist tasks from being converted into standalone jobs, which was producing a "Something went wrong" message.
• Checklist Icons on My Jobs – Resolved an issue where checklist icons were not appearing on the My Jobs page, even though they displayed correctly on the Job Card detail view.
Settings
• Tag Management – Fixed a bug where the Tag edit screen appeared completely blank, making it impossible to update existing tags.

What’s New
Squad System — Multiple Assignees on a Job
Housekeeping jobs can now be assigned to a squad instead of just one team member. This is ideal for large suites, VIP turndown service, training scenarios, or any job that requires more than one person. Squad jobs are now clearly visible in the app through a new My Squad Jobs section.
Optii Checklist — Standardized Pass/Fail Scoring
Checklists now follow a consistent Pass/Fail/N/A scoring model across supported task types. Scores update in real time as tasks are completed, giving teams immediate visibility into inspection quality. N/A responses are excluded from scoring so results better reflect what was actually inspected.
Skip Inspection — Now Works with Mandatory Checklists
Users can now skip an inspection even when a mandatory checklist is attached. Previously, this often forced fake completions that impacted reporting. Skipped inspections are now handled more cleanly and tracked separately from completed work.
Non-Cleaning Credit Management
Managers can now add non-cleaning credits directly to a room attendant’s daily board. This helps properties account for workload factors like travel time, multi-floor coverage, or other non-room-cleaning effort. These credits are also visible in the mobile app under a new Non-Cleaning Credits category.

Linen Strip Cancellation Automation
Optii now automatically cancels any incomplete Linen Strip tasks to save your team time and reduce manual work.
During Daily Job Creation (DJC), any unfinished Linen Strip tasks are automatically cancelled.
When a user starts cleaning a room, any pending Linen Strip task for that same room will also be cancelled.
This improvement keeps your housekeeping workflow clean and efficient—no more manual cleanup or confusion about task status.

Fixed an issue where checklist tasks wouldn’t allow you to update photos.
Fixed an issue where checkbox tasks sometimes didn’t register your selection.
Fixed an issue where you couldn’t select an option from checklist dropdown task types.

What’s new in 3.22.0
This release gives Housekeeping its own dedicated home and adds more automation so teams can move faster with less manual work.
Highlights
-New Housekeeping tab
Access all housekeeping tools in one place: Timeline/Board, My Jobs, and more—no more digging through mixed navigation.
-Granular HK permissions
“Add Housekeeping Jobs” and “Edit Housekeeping Jobs” are now separate, so you can let attendants add jobs while limiting edits to supervisors/managers.
-Turndown automation
Auto-create Turndown jobs based on Special Codes, VIP Codes, or Room Types, at the time you choose—no more manual task management.
-OOO/OOS task automation
Control if and when OOO/OOS rooms get cleaning/inspection jobs with flexible options: Daily, Interval (every X days), Last Day, or None.
-Linen Strip automation
Automatically create Linen Strip tasks for selected room types so you can track Houseman work, who did it, and how long it took.
-My Jobs credit breakdown
Team members can now see total credits and credits by job type (e.g., stayover, departure, turndown) directly in My Jobs for better pacing and workload visibility.
-Checklist icons
Add icons to checklist templates (e.g., Linen change, minibar, safety, rooms PM) so staff can quickly spot and pick the right checklist on mobile.
Enhancements & fixes
-Search repeating job templates by action, item, priority, team member, or location.
-See job actions in the Location Activity Log.
-Filter Job Status by entire floor (e.g., Floor 1) to focus only on the rooms you care about.
-Fixed issues with tasks converted to jobs not inheriting the correct department, and rush rooms not appearing correctly in the activity log.

Optii 3.21.5 is here!
This release introduces two powerful enhancements to improve housekeeping accuracy and property setup efficiency:
-Support for Credits & Duration based on the guest number: Housekeeping Managers can now configure job durations and credits based on the number of guests per room type. When enabled via the “Customized by Guest Count” toggle under Room Type → HK Credits & Checklists, users can define per-guest increments for each action type (Departure, Stayover, Inspection, Turndown, Correction).
-Floor Plan Bulk Updates: You can now perform bulk updates directly from the Floor Plan, making it faster and easier to manage large sets of rooms or locations. Users can select multiple locations and take quick actions using the new “Actions” menu to:
-Add Tags to multiple rooms at once
-Change Room Type for selected locations
-Activate or Deactivate locations in bulk
-Bulk Update Sections Selected

Job Assist
Now more powerful than ever:
-Create jobs across multiple rooms & items in seconds.
-Add due times and assign directly.
Example:
“Change filters & replace batteries in rooms 104, 105, 106 — assign to Anthony, due 2pm.”
→ Generates 3 jobs, fully mapped and ready.
Enhancements & Fixes
-Future Job Filter: Added confirmation before deleting attachments.
-Activity Log: Now shows partner/integration name for jobs.
-Log Issues Fixed: PMS events mislabeling + room list view now on homepage.
