Optus Bank’s Mobile Banking app is a convenient and secure way to access our banking services. Our Mobile App is easy to use, fast and free with the security you expect from Optus Bank.


1. View balances and transactions posted and pending on your account(s)
2. Use TouchID or Face ID verification to log into to your web banking account (your iPhone must support them).
3. Log out of your web banking session and lock the application with the touch of a button.
4. Quickly check the balances of up to three accounts by tapping the Quick Balance button from the login screen or by using pull-to-refresh.
5. Deposit checks from your phone! We offer mobile check deposit for approved customers.
6. Transfer funds between accounts.
7. Pay bills.

NOTE: This application requires an account with Optus Bank and a web banking ID at https://www.optus.bank . You will need approval from the bank to gain access to mobile deposit. This feature is not automatically available to all customers. Terms and conditions for mobile deposit apply, including limits on the number and amount of deposits you can make from your phone. Please contact your nearest branch or check the website terms of service for details.
