OCCU Mobile allows you to manage your Orange County’s Credit Union bank accounts, loans, and credit cards all in one secure location. This app has been designed from the ground up with your needs and feedback in mind.

• View transaction history, including copies of your cleared checks
• Transfer money within your account
• Transfer money to other Orange County's Credit Union members
• Make payments to your loans and credit cards
• Use Bill Payment to pay your payees

• Find Orange County’s Credit Union branches
• Find surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs
• Locate a CO-OP Shared Branch

As you’d expect, this app uses the latest in security and encryption technology, keeping your private bank account information safe.

Simply download the app and then log in with your Online Banking username and password.

Mobile Banking is free for Orange County's Credit Union Members. However, your mobile carrier may assess text messaging and/or Web access charges. Membership in Orange County's Credit Union is available to anyone who lives or works in Orange or Riverside Counties, CA or the neighboring communities of Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, or Signal Hill. It’s great.... when it actually works

Extremely buggy. It’s great when it actually works but it’s a 50/50 shot if you’ll be able to log in or not (for months). Super frustrating especially when you want to use mobile deposit and avoid going places during a pandemic. I like to support a local credit union and their app is the only source of frustration I have.

Absolute Garbage

Both the app and the actual website are horrible and disgust me every time I am unfortunate enough to have to (try) to use them. 95% of the time the app doesn’t work, 90% of the time the website won’t either. What’s worst is that this has been going on for a long time now and there is obviously no effort made by OCCU to fix this. The thought that people are getting paid for creating and “maintaining” this garbage app makes me throw up, I bet your coding staff also continually messes up their Starbucks order and then yells at the barista for “getting it wrong”. I can’t tell you how sick and tired I am of this absolute incompetence. Also, if their IT team is trash like this, how can I trust them with sensitive data and money?? I just opened an account at a different bank, and will close my OCCU account as soon as possible. Horrible. Wouldn’t be surprised if this app is so idioticly coded that data is leaking straight to North Korea. Everybody, do yourself a favor, don’t get this app and DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

OCCU Digital Banking

OCCU is large enough to employ an IT team with the knowledge and skill to develop an interface that is professional and reflects modern banking concepts. The purpose in upgrading a system, disrupting regular business and causing havoc amongst members, is to upgrade and improve, however, the new program is ridiculous. I cannot access account history beyond the current month and hyperlinks online return you to the current page. Every action requires you to contact customer service, asking you to input sensitive personal information and then verifying yourself to the representative after sitting on hold for a very long time. I was hoping the new system would include newly designed bank cards or at the very least, a few options for cards. The new system is now in sync with the ugly card that is constantly considered fake.
