It would be nice to have the option to add the tip after delivery, I don’t want to give 20% to someone who was an hour late, and spilled the food all over the plastic bag. Overall, they are really great, but would also like a better estimate of delivery time. Sometimes I order for delivery at 5:30 and it gets here at 5:15, other times it doesn’t get here until 6:15.

So at mid-day, I explored my dinner options and decided to check out the app.
It clearly stated that I could order ahead, and even though you didn’t open till 5pm I could select a delivery time for after that time.
I went through the entire menu and made my selections. It seemed flawless …. Until I got to the pay button. Then an alert pooped up stating “ Opps!!! We are currently closed”.
So…. I waited till 5 pm and placed the order. I was very specific about my selections, as well as adding my gratuity for the driver. My address and unit number was entered as well.
So….. when the driver arrived he did NOT have the unit number , so I was messaged to give you that. And also the gratuity was not specified .
BOTH these things were entered into your app previously at the time of the order.
I went into all this detail to make you aware of the deficiencies of your ordering system.

We used this delivery service last night. Realized after the driver left, there was no receipt in the bag. The next day on our credit card app, we saw a charge, a credit and a new charge and we have no idea what the correct charge should be. The app only shows past order number and “delivered”. No info as to the restaurant, the charges, the items ordered, nothing! No way to verify amount charged or items ordered from which restaurant. The service was convenient however the app needs improvement.
