To use our Mobile Banking App, you must first be an Internet Banking user. The app allows you to access your accounts using your existing Internet Banking username and password. Good but could be better
Simple interface and useful but crashes often when depositing.
Good but needs some TLC.
App is very easy to use and has the basic functions expected. I can get done what I need to in a hurry. Constantly having to log in each time is a nuisance. Add finger print ID which is common on this type of app. Deposit capture is a 50/50 chance. Crashes during deposit and locks up the app and need to restart phone to use app again. Having the app accept my capture deposit has also been an issue. Half the time it can not read the image or can not confirm the numbers on the bottom of the check or amount and rejects it. You then need to enter everything over take it to the bank. I now take it to the bank after it rejects. Love the people at OCB so that is a plus to stop by. As is this is a huge time saver but it could be great with a little TLC from programmers.
Buggy & slow
Probably one of the worst apps I’ve used in terms of how slow it is, that is if I’m even able to login and access my account. Can’t even tell how many times I’ve entered my account information and have still been met with the ‘unable to login’ notice (when this happens I verify that I’m punching in the correct login credentials by going to the desktop site, which works fine). The app is also very limited in terms of transaction history, which makes it pointless for small businesses. The only thing keeping me with OCB is the $0 business checking accounts. This app alone is hassle enough to make me consider going elsewhere and paying a monthly fee for a business checking account just to have an app that I can actually use & access.
