Organic Pizza 4+

And they force you to use it if you want home delivery. So I won’t be ordering from here when I’m in a rush…

I can’t use the App, asking me always for update! And it’s already updated!!

I love the Organic Store and was very excited to try their pizza, but the app has been one disappointment after the other.

It seems the app is developed by someone who doesn’t use any app themselves, at least food ordering apps.

When you select a pizza there is no “add to cart” button, so if you want to order more of that type of pizza they all have to be exactly the same.
For some reason, if you want to order a kid’s margarita, the minimum order is 2, even if you would order several other pizzas.

Next, when you create an account you’re required to have a username, which is unnecessary for Thai type of app. For a social media app a username is a way to have a screen name different to your real name if you so wish, for a food ordering app the email should be the username.
After adding my address and creating the account successfully, I was redirected to the login screen - why not log the user in after they create the account?

So, then on to the checkout, where despite the street address was added, I have to select the address on a map - this should have been done when registering the account!
After I had picked my location on the map, I was then told that I lived too far away; that they only deliver within “about 22km from the SZR cafe”. A search on Google Maps pins my house 5.3 km from their location, well within 22km.

The start screen when you open the app requires the user to select their closest location - someone the app should do through location services - and if I was then told I live too far away I wouldn’t have had to go through this poor user experience in the first place.

These are all things that reasonably should have been tested before the app is even released, instead of putting out a really poor app.

We love pizza, and we love the Organic Store, but it seems the app won’t allow us to order from it so we’ll take our pizza from somewhere else.
