Schaeffler OriginCheck App
The Schaeffler OriginCheck app enables you to check data matrix codes directly on bearings or their packaging. The scan checks the code in real time and the user immediately receives a confirmation of the authenticity of the Schaeffler Data Matrix Code.
A detailed photo guideline gives the user a clear picture of how reliable photo documentation can be obtained. If a product is suspected to be not original, the user can take our guide to create photos of the product and send them directly to the Schaeffler brand protection team.
The integrated distributor search allows the user to quickly and intuitively find and contact the nearest authorized Schaeffler distribution partner.
The most important functionalities for the user of the Schaeffler OriginCheck app are:
• Increased protection against product piracy through data matrix code verification
