While the app looks nice and showcases product well, the journal feature is underwhelming and not at all useful to a user. All it allows is for people to describe the effects, with no ability to gather unique data about what whether or not they liked the experience or not. Without this, personalized recommendations are just a fantasy and the feature useless except for giving you a few extra reward points. If you enjoyed the experience you’ll want more things like that, if it’s bad less. Add this and you’ll have a great app.

I like Origins Cannabis as a company, but their app is terrible. It hardly ever works and feels like it’s been abandoned by the developers. If you’re not going to maintain or update it, why promote having an app at all? Honestly, it’s better off just being removed from the App Store rather than frustrating loyal customers with a broken experience. Stick to the website for now—this app isn’t worth the download.

I have tried to reinstall the app multiple times and am faced with this error message every single time I try to log in. Even after changing my password, it continues to say wrong email, password and or member not found. Really hoping this gets fixed asap
