New Update is fantastic!
The new Orlando Magic app has improved in so many ways. The old app would crash and was barley useable. Now I want to use the app even when I’m not at the game. I can check stats, watch videos and highlights of my favorite team all in a user friendly environment. Thanks for the update! Great work
Return tickets feature has become useless
I used to be able to return my unused season tickets for credit before games I was not able to attend. This was an awesome feature last season, that has not worked AT ALL, this season. Outside of that, being able to have my seats on my app is nice, but if I can’t return my seats, this perk of being a season ticket holder for 17 years is pretty much no longer a perk. To stubhub I go until they figure this out. PLEASE FIX THE RETURN TICKETS FEATURE!!!
App problems
The app are unable to refresh my events. I still seen previous games tickets. Last update happends on December 29, 2023
The app is excelent, just has this error.
