Description
Welcome to ORM: Strength Progress Tracker, the everything-in-one app to keep track of your journey to being the healthiest and strongest version of yourself!
Our Purpose:
The easiest way to see how your strength is progressing is to try to move as much weight as you can and see if that's more than last time. But what if you don't want the increased risk of injury associated with "maxing out" on an exercise? ORM: Strength Progress Tracker allows you to record any desired rep and weight range and converts it into a hypothetical "one rep maximum" to easily compare different lifts. Keep track of your records, set goals, and get inspired by seeing the amazing progress you've made.
Features:
1. Choose from one of our many built-in exercises, or create exercises of your own
2. Record "activities", or lifts, for any rep and weight range
3. View your activity history for each exercise, and easily see how you have progressed over time
4. Set and reach goals for each exercise
5. Keep track of your personal records
6. Compare your best performances to other lifters of similar ages and weights across the world
What’s New
Version 1.2.2
- Increased rep range from a max of 99 to 999
- Slight tweaks to strength standards
- A bit more polishing
Ratings and Reviews
Easily the Greatest App to grace the App Store
Keohane once again does a superb job creating this quintessential weightlifting app. The app features high quality graphics and data, allowing users to keep record of the most minute numbers.
I started off being not able to bench even a grain of salt, however with the help of ORM, I was able to achieve my goal of setting of the lunk alarm at Planet Fitness. Thanks to ORM, I can finally carry around a water gallon and regularly wear Gym Shark.
One thing I wish it tracked was daily sexual inter course. Because I have a lot of sex, I would like to see the correlation between bedroom gains and gym gains.
Really useful for body workouts
Using to track my sit-up push-up and pull-ups and dips at my home gym.
Would love to have a way to view all my workouts on a singular chart instead of having to cycle through the diff workouts
Was looking for a strength tracker
Nice app. Was looking for something to help me track max goals across my workouts. Purpose built this seems to cover it!
