Love the workout plan!
Felt burned on my beginner set of workouts. Not easy, but not hard to be impossible! Just the right volume of hard for me as a beginner. Where I was pushed to finish and get a good workout in.

Very good App to be no shape. The free version is cool but the premium versión is one of the best training And nutrition App 👏👏👏🎉🎉
