New favorite app

My family and I absolutely love this app. Favorite feature is I can have two way conversation thru my security cam with my kids and husband. It’s also super easy to share from device to device with family. This app has made my family and I feel so much safer and has really made me feel closer with my family when I’m working and can’t be physically with them. I can pick up my phone and check in on them at any time!!! So many other great features as well!!

Unable to view recordings

I’ve had the security camera/app for at least a year and liked it. I’ve been paying monthly for the cloud subscription to be able to see the motion video recordings. I updated my app a couple of weeks ago and now when I go to view my motion video recordings it says “no recordings found” even though you can see the recent video icons. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and was given a response to restart my app and my camera multiple times even when I mentioned I’ve already done this and it still does not work. I also have not heard back from customer service since I mentioned to them it’s not working anymore. Will give it one more week to see if they reach back out and can get my issue resolved, if not I will be cancelling services. It’s unfortunate because it was working okay before and I have seen multiple complaints of the same issue after updating. It seems like the company wants you to pay to upgrade to their pro version. I wonder if the recordings will work then? If so, that is not an ethical way to do business as I’ve been paying my regular monthly subscriptions and all a sudden I don’t have access to my recordings anymore?

Sorry to hear that. This is not what we want to see. Could u try to download the most recent app to see if the issue still persists?

Great, but could use a few tweaks

The app serves its purpose for sure but the motion detection schedule doesn’t always work and sometimes the camera needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it back on track. And it would be nice if there was a dark mode. I go to check the camera in the middle of the night and I’m almost blinded by the white screen.

Some other issues: the infrared sensor doesn’t adjust to light so the video is always in black and white unless I manually turn it off. Also, if I’m listening to music with my headphones and go to check the cameras my music automatically switches over to the app and starts playing through the phone.
