New favorite app

My family and I absolutely love this app. Favorite feature is I can have two way conversation thru my security cam with my kids and husband. It’s also super easy to share from device to device with family. This app has made my family and I feel so much safer and has really made me feel closer with my family when I’m working and can’t be physically with them. I can pick up my phone and check in on them at any time!!! So many other great features as well!!

Unable to view recordings

I’ve had the security camera/app for at least a year and liked it. I’ve been paying monthly for the cloud subscription to be able to see the motion video recordings. I updated my app a couple of weeks ago and now when I go to view my motion video recordings it says “no recordings found” even though you can see the recent video icons. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and was given a response to restart my app and my camera multiple times even when I mentioned I’ve already done this and it still does not work. I also have not heard back from customer service since I mentioned to them it’s not working anymore. Will give it one more week to see if they reach back out and can get my issue resolved, if not I will be cancelling services. It’s unfortunate because it was working okay before and I have seen multiple complaints of the same issue after updating. It seems like the company wants you to pay to upgrade to their pro version. I wonder if the recordings will work then? If so, that is not an ethical way to do business as I’ve been paying my regular monthly subscriptions and all a sudden I don’t have access to my recordings anymore?

Sorry to hear that. This is not what we want to see. Could u try to download the most recent app to see if the issue still persists?
Otherwise the only thing you can reach out to is app-support@osaio.net for more precise troubleshooting.

Constantly waiting to load even when it does work

UPDATED: it’s gotten worse instead of better. Everything else in my apartment running on wifi works fine. This device does NOT. I haven’t been able to load the “live camera” for WEEKS! It’s terrible and a complete waste. Am just going to need to buy Ring camera bc this company is trash.

Why is that every time open the app I get a spinning icon that takes minutes (not seconds) to load? I live in an area with high crime. Anytime there is a front door notification and I tap to see what’s going on, NEVER does it load. Ever. EVER! I have screen recordings. The app just stays in an attempt to load. Completely defeats the purpose. Would NEVER buy this device again or recommend to anyone. Cant call customer service. Absolute joke of an Asian based company that wants to sell subpar products but not care about quality. INFURIATING! I’ve spent the last two hours… TWO HOURS… trying to view my camera. Nothing but a spinning ball. Zero point to this “security”. ZERO!
