A good start
The ideas presented are very useful points of beginning the meditative process. I really enjoy Osho's discourse excerpts which becomes part of the meditation for me. The actual meditation guidance is a bit too brief & therefore not so clear. The general introduction part of each day's meditation could be dropped. I really like the post-meditation note taking part. This is super helpful for internalizing the meditation experience. I haven't looked at the further reading section but am looking forward to doing so.
Nice way to start the day
Listening to one of these meditations early in the morning is a great way to start the day. Guidance is clear. Concept well supported with OSHO's explanation. Meditation exercise are simple interesting and fun to do.
No closed captioning
I cannot understand the main speaker. He has a very thick accent, so I can only catch about half the words. If they had closed captioning, or a transcript of the main speaker, this would be beneficial.
