New app version is buggy
The recent updates to the app actually havent been great. When I use the phone app as a remote control for my ULove2, it disconnects itself multiple times. On my daughter’s phone, it disconnects once in awhile. I dont know what has been included in these recent updates, but it hasnt been functioning as smoothly as before.

Not working with iOS 13.1
Can’t pair with iOS 13.1 ..
After OTE 12 Oct 2019. After rebooting and resetting network settings, managed to pair with the OSIM chair and iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 13.1.2. Thanks.

Hi Dear Robin,
We had tested with iPhone X with iOS 13.1.1 and iPhone XR with iOS 13.1.2 all are able to paired with uLove 2 massage chair, please power off the massage chair and wait for few minutes turn on and try to pair again, if still unable to pair, please provide video on how you pair with massage chair and email to apps.support@osim.com.sg for our investigation.
