Garbage

I signed up for the service thanking it would be one thing but it wasn’t which is not your fault. This app is just a collection of sites you can visit to do your searching and spend more money. This app charges you money so they can tell you where to spend more money. I went to cancel my subscription and it is not an easy process. There is no clear-cut way to cancel your reoccurring monthly payment. I’ve sent in a message to The creators trying to cancel my subscription I have yet to hear back from them it it’s been 24 hours. All other apps I have that require a monthly reoccurring subscription has a setting within them to cancel it. I do not know why other than to make as much money as possible there is no off switch within the app for subscriptions. This could be a decent app if you guys made some big changes.

Developer Response ,

First, thank you for the review and for voicing your concerns. As stated in our email to you, your account was canceled. The app is a resource for serious investigators. All the nearly 4,000 links within the app are open-source except the few that are paid subscriptions. If you found canceling difficult, we have heard you and are working to make it more apparent. It was never by design to make it difficult or frustrating. As far as 24 hours, you emailed us through our contact link on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 09:25 AM. We received your message, canceled your subscription for you and emailed you back on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 09:54 AM - 24 minutes later, not 24 hours. If, for any reason, you read this and did not receive the email we sent, please contact us again and we will resolve your issue. Also, if you have suggestions to make the app better for other Users, please clarify that at any time by contacting us again. Happy New Year!

Amazing resource

This app gives what it promises - An abundance of resources for Investigations of all types. Really like the notes section and the ability to email it to myself. Wish there was a back button but, tapping the home button on phone works well. I love that with the app I have access to the website as well and they are synonymous. All in all, this app is awesome.

Developer Response ,

Thank you so much we appreciate your kind review! We have forwarded your concern of a "back" button to developers.
