This app puts OCFCU up there with national banks. Yet I you call them they will still give you that friendly personal feel! That you for making this app!

I just spent literally 2 hours retaking photos over and over and over and over and over again only for my check to still not be deposited because it says “blurred image”I have never held a camera so steady in my life and I’ve changed the lighting 4 times. I’ve tried everything. It just won’t go through. I love you guys as a bank you are so nice to me and so helpful when I need it but this app is horrendous.

This new update is awful! I dont even know what account im clicking on or looking at! They could have left the app the way it was and still added accounts to it! Yes i like that i can now see my business account and my kids accounts on my app, but i DONT like yhe new set up. Its awful and confusing!! Only good thing out of it was the combination of all accounts. I think they need to review this and go back to their old model!

Not a fan of how I can only see the most recent transactions. Even if I change the dates to something farther out, it still only gives me the most recent dates. I’ve tried to use the website on my instead but that’s even worse. I can’t even get the whole page on my screen!
