Transformative!

Othership has been an absolute lifeline for me. Over the past few years I’ve been learning about how important mindful breathing is for the body/mental health. I practiced meditation, but never knew how amazing an actual breathwork practice could make me feel. I learned about this app a couple months ago from the amazing Dr. Cat Meyer and downloaded immediately. Thought it would just be another wellness app I would use sporadically, but I have been using religiously on a daily basis because of how incredible it is. I haven’t found anything like it. The instructors have all been excellent and there seems to be a session for any scenario. I feel more patient, grounded, and able to power through my days mindfully + fall to sleep with ease. I’ve also thoroughly enjoyed the intimacy based/couple’s sessions! I am SO grateful for this app. The only reason I haven’t reviewed sooner is because I was afraid my words would fall short! Thank you!!!

Absolutely god tier app, helps 100% of the time

This was my introduction to breathwork and I cannot be more grateful. It’s clear from all the work that goes into each and every recording that these people are a passionate community dedicated to improving mental health. I love it so much. Many of the exercises have me crying from either catharsis, intense emotional release, or just pure euphoria. It helps me sleep, get up, get energized, focus, etc. its wonderful for people with adhd like me who just need it all encompassing in one app, easy as pie to follow instructions, warm and compassionate deliveries. My only other feedback is that I would like it if there was a way to filter recordings based on A-Z or length. Sometimes I just want to find something specific, but even still it’s incredible and worth every penny of the subscription too.
