This app only supports existing Otis Home accounts. If you are a new user and don't have an account, you will not be able to create an account or install a camera.
Otis makes it easy to stay connected to all the people, places, and pets that you care about. Check in to watch what’s going on in your home at anytime, from anywhere. Set up, manage, and control your Otis devices from a smartphone or tablet.
Use the Otis app to:
- Watch Live HD Streaming: Quickly access your camera’s live video to see what is happening at a glance. Monitor your home or business to get peace of mind when you are away.
- Custom Alerts: Get notified when motion is detected. Set up Rules to automatically record and save events right when they happen.
- Look Back at Activity: Review recorded HD videos and photos to see what you missed. Download and share important video clips to let others know what happened.
- Do-It-Yourself Simplicity: Expand your view by adding multiple cameras to a single account. Securely access cameras across multiple locations to keep everything safe.
Additional features for the View Indoor Camera include 2-Way Talk, Night Vision, and Customizable Motion Zones. Camera requires a strong Wi-Fi internet connection (2.4 GHz network) with a reliable power source.

Problem with camera being clear.
Scam
Otis is a scam. They aren’t even a real thing. On the app you click on most things and they are all either deleted or nothing ever loads same as on the website. This is really a sprint home camera because I seen the sprint logo was covered. At least I payed like four bucks for this at a discount mall but still scam! There’s no videos anywhere about the Otis camera just straight scammers yall are!

Created an account but it won’t even send a verification email. When you try to sign in it says you can’t until you verify your email. Make it make sense please!
