Wonderful App

Menus can be a tad confusing, but over all leaps and bounds better than old Otter Rewards program that could only be accessed via website. Very cool that you can now earn rewards not only from selling otter products but also by learning about them in the app!

Great Rep and APP

Michael from Otterbox in Georgia signed us up in store for the otter university. The points, prizes, and product knowledge are killer! Michael really showed us the value. Thanks big bro!

Terrible App

Otter rep came into my T-Mobile store telling me I should try the app and that it’s easy to use, fast and efficient way of training. It is none of these, problems from starting videos, to trouble to doing surveys. I’m unable to do a survey for an activity because the drop down menu doesn’t work, and THERES 5 DROP DOWNS that need to be filled out. Wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to get the app to work, so I deleted it. Never downloading again, waste of my time
