Can’t use after signing up for loyalty program in store
I signed up in store yesterday for the loyalty/rewards program, and today I tried to create an account on the app. It wouldn't let me create an account because my email and phone number are already associated with an account, but it won't let me do any sort of reset password to access my rewards account on the app :/
Location dependent latency
This is strange implementation, when I order from some locations from my account in the app it works fine, quick and very responsive. When I order from my closest store( only one that will deliver to my address) the response time and the ability to even get a menu to select order entries from either takes 2-3 min, takes longer and times out, or perhaps 20% of the time actually works but with really slow response. This does not happen if I order from other locations, across multiple states. Very strange. The company does not respond to emails.
App needs much improvement - pizza is amazing.
App does not keep you logged in even if you choose remember me. Can’t find my order or track it. Even after logging back in. Nothing intuitive about this App. Should be easier than this.
