Great way to take care of my dog
My vet just started using this app to manage my pet’s healthcare, and I am really loving it. I’m kind of a techy guy, so I was very interested to see what this app was like. I found it to be very easy to navigate, and I love that I now have an app the shows my dog’s healthcare in an informative and convenient way. I haven’t experienced any crashing so far like some people have. They must have come out with a new patch. I would recommend!!
Log out
I like the app contents and features however, 1 minor and 1 major issue. Let’s talk about the minor first. To see your past and future appointments on the app, forget about it. It hasn’t worked since day one and don’t expect to work later. Now get to to the big issue which I think is also a privacy issue as well. So what I found out just now and probably has been an issue for awhile is, the app doesn’t allow to to log out. Let me explain. So, whatever screen you are on when you log out and it takes you to the login screen and then open the app again, you will be taken to that same screen again to where you logged out from. Even if you try to clear your cache or browsers it’s still will do the same thing. So, hope someone sees and reads this and does something right way. I’m deleting this app until they fix the log out issue. Please fix.
Easy to use
This app makes it really easy to get in contact with my vet. Chubs (my cat) had a really bad ear infection and I was not able to make any calls so I did everything through the app and got an appointment scheduled without ever talking to anyone there. I went in and they took great care of him like they always do but without this app it would have been so much more tedious. So easy to use.
